I believe there are many reasons why Avon is still such a popular and a very well known name in the beauty industry. Three being that Avon always keeps their product line updated and relevant, while still holding on to their product integrity, and Avon has some pretty awesome Representatives that love the product they sell and love their customers too.
I know I do! I love this gig so much that I look forward to working every day. It’s sometimes hard for me to pull myself away from my work, because to me it is so much fun.

Signing up to be an Avon Representative is very easy. You can become an Independent Sales Representative, running your very own business, in a matter of minutes, and those few minutes can really change your life.
You will automatically receive your very own free website that you can customize with your photo and greeting. It’s so awesome, I love my Avon website. You receive free training at Avon U where you can take video courses at your leisure. You can learn all about Avon’s products, as well as receive training in using Social Media, and just all kinds of helpful things to get your business off and running. Avon has also teamed with VistaPrint to offer you access to your very own official Avon selling tools at great prices.
Now how about the nitty gritty, as they say. How much can you earn?
Avon has initiated many reward systems, and they begin as soon as you sign up. Their new Rep incentives are really awesome.
Your rewards begin with your very first order. You receive a free Isa Knox Anew LX Ultimate Rejuvenating Serum with your first order no matter the amount. If your first order is $60+ you also receive a $10 credit plus 135 free Lip Balms. That’s a whole lotta kissin’! You can use those fabulous Lip Balms to introduce yourself, as thank you gifts, just however your clever ideas take you.
**Note: Your “orders” are made by you in your Back Office at Avonnow.com and can be for you personally or for your customers (or both). Your customers can also order for themselves online from your personal Avon website, but you still need to personally place an order in your Back Office once a Campaign (No minimum $ amount required).**
Then you begin your Pathway to Premier:
Above is a breakdown of how much you can make on your Pathway to Premier. This is all within your first 8 Campaigns. (Avon Campaigns last 2 weeks each.)
Based on your Sales Achieved in your first 8 Campaigns you can earn a Stepping Stone Bonus, and a Milestone Bonus in conjunction with your regular Commission. That’s so awesome.
Until you reach Premier (achieving $5,000 in sales), you will earn 25% on all sales once your sales reach $40+. It is a cumulative amount, so that means that every sale does not have to be $40, but rather once sales accumulate to $40 and over (per Campaign) you receive 25% of all sales, and that includes what you purchase for yourself. So, yeah, you get your very own Avon goodies at a discount too! Once you reach Premier, you will automatically receive 30% commission on all sales. Then onward and upward from there, including Leadership if you desire.
And that’s one of the best perks of all — You can achieve what “you” desire. It just depends on if you’re wanting to work your new business as a full-time job, part-time job, or just for fun to get discounts on product for yourself. There is never any pressure, only encouragement, especially on my team, Team Fabulous. I am now building a Team and welcome those of you who are enthusiastic and upbeat, no matter how you’re planning to work your business. That’s again, up to you.
