I am finding myself more and more, eating and drinking for my body’s health and inner beauty.
I chose all the ingredients for my daily tea due to each one’s well-known health benefits. Some of these benefits include cardiovascular and blood health (helps with stamina, endurance, and energy), as well as containing cell preserving antioxidants.
This is very easy to make, tastes really delicious, and I love that it is very healthy for me.
First of course, boil some water (enough to steep 2 tea bags). Once the water has boiled, I take my pan from the burner and drizzle in a little honey. I then add the tea bags; one hibiscus tea bag, and one green tea bag. In my cup or glass, I add 1 teaspoon of beet juice powder before pouring in the steeped tea, stir well, and then top with more water. Using 2 tea bags = enough for 2 cups or glasses of tea. This can be served hot or cold.
