Who’s ready for Pumpkin Pie Season? I know I am, and I have my Pumpkin Pie Candle on it’s way right now! Kind of a tradition in our household to always look forward to getting our seasonal Avon Pumpkin Pie Candle. They smell so yummy, and have a different look every year.

I’m sooooo excited that Fall has finally arrived. How about you? It’s definitely one of my favorite times of the year, when we welcome back the beautiful colors and aromas of Autumn, and hopefully some cooler weather. We’re sitting right in the middle of a tropical storm here in the Houston area, but oh well, I can still create the sense of Fall in my home, no matter what’s going on outside.
And what a gorgeous way to bring Fall into my home, and into your home! Avon has released their Seasonal Candles for this year, and they are stunning. I was so happy when I first saw these. I know I was smiling from ear to ear.
I don’t know about you, but some of these seem to have a Christmas theme to me. And, I do not know if this line will be for both Fall and Christmas, I guess we’ll have to wait and see. I can definitely already spy a few that will work for both for me. Let’s walk through each one and see what aroma blends they have to bring us comforts and joy.
I wanted to begin with my favorite – Pumpkin Pie! My husband and I both already agree that this is the one we want for our Autumn Candle. We always pick one together from Avon’s Seasonal Candle offerings. The aroma is Cinnamon Sugar, Sweet Pumpkin, and Warm Praline. Yuuuummmmm…..

These are soy-blend candles for a cleaner burn. They are also 3 wick candles with a 30 hour burn time. And — the aromas are crafted by master perfumers, so la-di-da!
The Frosted Currant Candle. This one has the aroma of Currant, Magnolia, and Creamy Musk. I love how the scents are listed on each candle. No guess-work there. Makes it so much easier to quickly choose your favorite aromas.
See, now this one reminds me of Christmas. The aromas are Juniper Berries, Frosted Fir Balsam, and Amber. Bet this one smells awesome. Will keep it in mind for Christmas for sure, or even the next one up, Nog.
This one sounds delicious with Pistachio, Spiced Vanilla, and Warm Milk. Definitely one to sit by the fireplace with, snuggled up with your honey. Or, perhaps the last one in the lineup is more for fireside snuggles?
This one’s really pretty with the vibrant red and gold. Flannel, with the aromas of Bergamot, Freesia, and Cedarwood. Very imaginative! I love the inspiration there.

The artist definitely depicts the Summer setting sun with much beauty. It reminds me of modern art. I love all the colors of the sun rays and the different patterns for each.
And beyond that, the aroma of this candle is really beautiful as well. Both the artwork and scent description grabbed my attention when I first saw the new lineup of Avon’s Summer Candles, and I knew this was the one for me. Well, the one for Hubby and me. We both read all the descriptions and decided together that this one was our number one choice.
The candle arrived in a nice box (as you can see from the pictures). All of Avon’s candles arrive very nicely packaged. The wicks were protected with two foam packaging inserts and the wax was covered with a peach colored cardboard insert. Very nice. You can tell real care was given to protect the integrity of the candle.
The Mosaic Candle’s Aroma is a blend of Vibrant Peach, Fresh Mandarin, and Solar Musk.

I got to enjoy the aroma while doing this photo shoot. I just kept saying, “It smells so pretty”. It is very easy and pleasant on the nose. And you know I’ve told you before that I have a very sensitive nose and was once a candle maker, so yes, I definitely recommend this candle, and have had wonderful success with all of Avon’s candles that I’ve purchased. I am super excited about the soon to be arrival of Autumn and the arrival of Autumn scented goodies – especially candles. They give you an overall atmosphere of the season, and the aromas of the Fall season are always so warm and inviting.
My husband and I looked through all the delicious candle choices that Avon is offering this season, and we had a hard time deciding which one to choose for our home (they’re all so enticing), but finally agreed on the Spiced Apple Cider Candle. There’s just something about the aroma of spices in the air this time of year that is so heart-warming and nostalgic.
We are both very happy with our choice. It smells really really good. AND — you know me and my candle-making sniffer – I detect the hint of creme brulee in the mix, along with the cinnamon and spice. (UPDATE: After burning for a longer period of time (after photographing), there is definitely a creme brulee yumminess in this candle. You know, like a creamy caramel aroma amid warming subtle spices – it’s just very delicious and comfy.) This is perfect for us, as we both love vanillas/brulee types of aromas too – so yay! Bonus!

The candles have arrived! So exciting! I wasn’t expecting them till Monday, but they came in Thursday. Just in time too, with all the storms we’ve been having here in Southeast Texas. And they smell soooooo good!! Wish there was smell-o-vision already!
I’m so impressed with these. They come in a really nice box as you can see. These are perfect for gifts, which, one of these is for my Husband’s Aunt’s 90th birthday. I think she’ll really love the Pink Prosecco Candle. It has the aromas of champagne and citrus with a hint of rose. I thought it would be the perfect celebratory candle for her.
I ordered the Melon Macaron Candle for our home. My Husband and I both love vanilla types of aromas and this one smells really really yummy. When I smell it I can almost taste it! And I have to tell you, I was a candle maker for 9 years, and I liked to load my candles with scent, and this one is really good. I cannot wait to burn it. The aromas in this one are sugared vanilla (oh yeah!), strawberries, watermelon, coconut milk and musk. It has a real depth to the smell. I’m impressed again.
And I like that they come with a nice lid too. It’s a vacuum type lid and seals in the aroma when not burning the candle. These candles have 30 hours of burning time. The heft is nice, they weigh 11 ounces. The glass is nice and thick, and the pictures are really pretty. So, for the price of these, they are really a fabulous find.
